Ric's background spans design, construction and a lifelong sensitivity to form, proportion and detail. After years of working at scale, his focus shifted towards something more considered, the creation of fine jewellery that is personal, enduring and quietly expressive.

Ajith brings thirty years of traditional craft jewellery making. Hands that have learned from hands, skills passed down through generations that are becoming genuinely rare in the modern world.

Rajith keeps the whole thing moving. Sourcing, logistics, the hundred decisions that sit between a design and a finished piece, he holds that ground so the work can happen.
