Iris Earrings

No two the same. That is the point.

One earring opens with a rainbow sapphire, pear-cut, pale and iridescent, throwing light in every direction. Below it, an iolite in deep violet-blue, still and certain. A freshwater pearl drop finishes the line, generous and unhurried. The other earring begins with the iolite at the top, this time the anchor, the opening note. Below it, the rainbow sapphire returns. Then the pearl again, identical in weight and lustre, closing the sequence.

What begins at the top of one ends at the bottom of the other. Worn together, they complete each other.
